The goal was to design a luxury-forward, trust-building landing page that showcases the platform’s credibility, intuitive experience, and dual value to artists and clients.

Challenge

The challenge was to communicate sophistication, safety, and ease in one seamless experience — especially for discerning users who expect premium service. The brand needed a site that felt elevated, trustworthy, and modern while clearly explaining its unique dual-sided functionality.

The early version lacked visual polish and clarity around how the platform worked for both parties

Strategy & Research

Approach:

The design focused on three pillars: credibility, convenience, and conversion. I crafted a storytelling-first experience that immediately introduces value, followed by use-case visuals and animated walkthroughs to highlight functionality.

UX Highlights:
  • Animated sections that speak to both audiences: “For Artists” and “For Clients”

  • Explainer visuals showing the mobile booking flow and profile verification

  • Highlighted features like availability filters, in-app messaging, and secure payments

  • Clear “Join” and “Subscribe” CTAs anchored throughout

Accessibility Considerations:
  • Legible serif/sans-serif font pairings

  • Ample white space and visual rhythm

  • High tap targets and mobile-friendly interactions

Insights:

Trust was paramount. Users wanted to see proof of professionalism (client logos, editorial credentials, verified profiles) before considering signup.

Elegant and editorial — blending beauty-industry minimalism with soft gradients, clean UI, and luxury cues. The aesthetic aligns with modern fashion and beauty brand sites.

Dynamic Hero Animation

Cards representing high-end events (e.g., “Red Carpet,” “Editorial,” “VIP Booking”) animate outward from the phone mockup on load. This motion quickly visualizes the real-world use cases of the platform — helping users understand who it’s for and where it shines.

Use Case–Driven Storytelling

Each card showcases a different booking scenario tied to Artist List’s value proposition. This visual metaphor reinforces the idea that artists and clients can connect globally across any type of luxury event — all in one place.

Toggle-Based View Switching

Users can toggle between "For Artists" and "For Clients" to see tailored onboarding steps. This clean UI pattern reinforces that the platform supports both sides of the experience equally, without overwhelming users.

Animated Screen Carousel

As the toggle changes, a horizontal carousel of app screens flips through each step — from profile setup and booking to messaging and confirmation. The motion adds visual clarity while showcasing the product’s ease of use.

Need-Based Messaging Simulation

A stylized group chat shows real artist pain points—like last-minute travel logistics, inconsistent bookings, and promotional burnout. These short, candid messages humanize the problem and instantly resonate with the target audience.

Conversational CTA from Artist List

As the chat ends, Artist List responds directly: “We built something to solve that.” This punchy, product-led moment reinforces the platform’s value through empathy, while guiding users toward the solution: downloading the app.

Stacked Feature Cards for Mobile Clarity

Each feature — like Verified Portfolios, Real-Time Availability, and In-App Messaging — is displayed as an individual card with an icon and short description. This layout makes it easy to digest benefits one at a time while scrolling.

Subtle Animation Reinforces Interactivity

As the user scrolls, each card fades in with slight upward motion, helping maintain engagement and visual rhythm. The spacing and motion feel premium, matching the platform’s brand tone.

Personal Introduction to Build Trust

This section features a photo and message from the founder, establishing a human connection with the audience. The short, conversational copy gives context to the platform’s mission and credibility.

Optimized for Mobile Readability

The layout stacks cleanly for smaller screens, with large, legible type and centered alignment. The founder’s name and title are anchored beneath the message, reinforcing authority without disrupting the tone.

Compact, Value-Driven Icons

Each benefit — from verified artist vetting to effortless booking — is paired with a simple icon and one-line explanation. The layout highlights Artist List’s core differentiators in a way that’s easy to scan on mobile.

Fade-In Animations Add Rhythm

As the user scrolls, each point gently fades in with upward motion, reinforcing flow and maintaining a polished, app-like feel. This subtle motion brings energy to otherwise static value props.

The final site elevated Artist List’s positioning to match the caliber of talent it serves. It communicates luxury and trust, while remaining intuitive for everyday users — making the platform feel like the next evolution in beauty booking.
